Hotel Novo San Jose

Liked my 3 nights stay. The room with balcony: D

It has very central location, however the area is very dangerous.

Their breakfast is quite poor, can definitely be improved.

I stayed here 1 night and I loved it.

Best possible position along with accommodating staff are the reasons we loved this ideal hotel. Exceptionally comfortable beds and climate control, a safe and multi-channel TV. Had large bedroom and late check-out, really great experience overall.

the venue is modern and secure, its location is unbeatable, just off buses and centre of city and san jose.

We loved our 1 night stay. It was in a very central setting near bus station for the airport. Moreover, Museo de los Ninos was nearby. The American breakfast was delicious and rich, plenty of options...

Everything was good, including best staff. The location was brilliant, for example, Kid's museum was a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel. The restaurant was good for lunch and dinner, loved it.

Little place, enjoyed it. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, including cheese and eggs. Our stay was a great experience.

Everything was great, it had good wifi, nothing too much trouble. Its location was very central, walking distance to a bustling market. Loved to be near to a bus station.

We loved the American breakfast and the PHENOMENAL staff.

Staff and location were fabulous, I had an incredible experience here. And I enjoyed the proximity to the markets and shops in San Jose. Located near a bus stop, in the calm area. Fruit, eggs, coffee and fresh bread provided.

Central location, perfect breakfast. It's bright with spacious beds and exceptional views.

The hotel was secure. Rooms with a bright decor. The kind staff made our stay very comfortable. The service offered was perfect too. Obviously we liked the central downtown location. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

The bathroom was old.

The whole experience was perfect. It's wonderful hotel with very nice staff and reliable internet. There was a small restaurant, a shopping street and a market next door...

It's decent place for sightseeing and exploring San Jose. Hotel room costs CRC 24570. Reception staff was very accessible. It was worth its 3 stars.

It's on a noisy street.

Seems like a budget hotel, managed by a friendly staff. Room was a good value. Send regards to maid. Property located not far from a grocery/convenience store and stores. What's more, getting to Central Park on foot takes about 5 mins.

the staff were really helpful, the breakfast was lovely. we ordered lunch at marisqueria y restaurante, located steps away from the venue. we appreciated novo from the moment we entered.

The bed was poor here.

Breakfast was good and the team was FRIENDLY. Walking to a bus stop from novo was easy. We really enjoyed the location, adjacent to rohrmoser. La casona tipica is within walking distance the hotel.
